When creating Rooters I decided to offer only custom-designed tours and itineraries to my clients. This means there is no fix price as every single day is different. For you to have and idea I have set some price ranges in each culinary scene. The final price will depend on our plan for the day and we can adjust it according to your budget.

There are some basics that are always included in the price. These are transportation and all costs derived from it (tolls, gas, parking...), and my guided services fees. All visits, tastings and entrance tickets will always be included in the price. In regards to lunch or dinner, I consider that they can be the best way to summarize everything that has been experienced along the day. Because of this I will include the cost of lunch by defect. Just in special occasions I will leave the cost aside and clients will be able to decide what to eat and to pay as they go.

Only Credit Card Payments will be accepted. The online platform provided works with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX). This platform is an official one fullfilling all security protocols.

Culinary Landscapes concept can be defined as the convergence of geography, climate and tradition that shapes a culinary identity. Is the term I have chosen as the basis to deisgn unique, deep, real and bespoke experiences. The aim of the culinary scene is to bring you ideas and inspiration about what you can do foodwise while you travel in the Basque Country and Northern Spain.

YES PLEASE. I like that all my customers face new flavours and textures but perhaps visiting a fish-cannery is not the best idea if you are allergic to fish. Just as I ask my clients to have an open mind, I also ask them to let me know if they have any allergies or intolerances :D
